12 Frequently Asked Questions:

Q:I can’t see any default knobs or sliders in my plugin?
A: In case you can’t see any default knobs or sliders, simply rename the plugin. You can rename an 8dLFOIC with a shorter name while leaving the main parameters intact. This shortening of the name will make the default knobs and sliders appear on the fx chain. If you want to create an 8dLFOIC with shorter and simpler name, you can simply erase the name by renaming it.

Q:Why can’t I hear the LFO in my tracks?
A: Make sure the LFO is not muted. If it is, right click on the LFO icon in the editor and choose mute. You can also delete the mute mute FX and apply it after your 8dLFOIC has been triggered.

This script will perform a similar function to the PlayerView Plugin, but it is much more versatile!

Installation:

Download the program from our website.

Unzip the contents of the file you downloaded into the directory specified on your “PATH” line in your.RPlay menu. For example, if you are in the directory you unzipped the script into, then the PATH line would look like this: PATH=C:\Users\some\Mozilla\Firefox\plugins\RealPlayer\8.0.50.0\

It is important to note that this line is not to be typed in the RPlay menu, but should instead be saved in your.RPlay menu and then copied to your PATH line in RPlay.

Adjusting Sound settings:

After you have made the necessary changes to your.RPlay menu, you can check your settings by selecting the Edit/Options menu from the RealPlayer window.

Refreshes your track info every 30 seconds (adjustable to within the limitations set by the Plus! Plugin) – this is fully adjustable to within the limits set by the Plus! Plugin : 100 milliseconds to 1 day!

Installs the file “sounds.db” which is on the “C:\Program Files\RPlay” directory. This allows you to play recorded sounds (stored as.wav files in the Sounds folder) in RPlay!

This script will not change your RealPlayer window title.

Remember that you can customize the script (as it is an NSIS script) to remove the RPlay Window Title entirely!

More info can be found on the RealPlayer website.
